Who we are

Visprisca Private Limited is an advertising technology company based in Bengaluru, India. We operate an automated programmatic advertising platform, including Visprisca, our real-time AI bidding engine.

What we collect

• From advertisers and agencies (our clients): account details, billing information, campaign and creative content, and usage data within the platform.
• From end users encountered through ad delivery (not our direct clients): device identifiers, IP-derived location, browser and operating system information, ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions), and inferred interest or behavioral signals used for ad targeting - collected via cookies, SDKs, and bid-request data passed to us by publishers and exchanges.
• We do not knowingly collect data directly from children; see Children's privacy below.

How we use it

• To operate real-time ad bidding and decisioning (Visprisca's core function).
• To measure and report campaign performance to advertisers.
• To detect and prevent fraud and invalid traffic.
• To improve our models through ongoing training (see Data retention below).

Who we share it with

• Ad exchanges, SSPs, and publishers, as part of the real-time bidding process.
• Advertisers, in aggregated or campaign-level form - never individually identifying raw data.
• Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics) under contractual data-protection terms.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, and to withdraw consent for targeted advertising. Requests can be made to contact@visprisca.com.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Specific retention windows are finalized during onboarding and published here once confirmed.

Security

We apply role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging across the platform. No system is unbreachable; suspected issues can be reported responsibly to contact@visprisca.com.

Children's privacy

Visprisca's services are not directed at children under 18 (as defined by India's DPDP Act, 2023), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International data transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law. Transfer mechanisms are finalized during onboarding and documented in the service agreement.
